Great customer support, very good speed and stable connection. That are words with which I want to express how satisfied I am with this VPN provider.

This VPN is garbage. Their payment processors are useless. You have:

1 - Plimus for CC's which make you jump through a number of hoops or just reject your CC. Google Plimus!!

2 - PayPla, which sends them a payment but they do NOT acknowledge it. In other words, IVACY is a scam.

3 - UKash, which is not available in most countries.

4 - MicroPayment which is not available for most users.

Other than that, they do not support their customers, they do not answer e-mails, they do not do ANYTHING to help you. Their web software is incomplete and full of bugs. Their servers go up and down like yo-yos, and don't get me started on latency. STAY AWAY!!!

Not the service was expecting slow after contacted their support they took long to respond and nothing was done still slow conclusion bad.

After reading lots of reviews in different places decided to give them a try to be totally honest I am quite disappointed with them as I was expecting my vpn connection to be much faster witch it was not, I do not recommend them.

This was not the best experience had some sort of problems with lots of disconnects after 5 minutes of being connected I am used to have my vpn connection to last 24hrs or more oh well think will be going back to my previous vpn provider.

My experience here was ok as they have plenty of servers, is not the cheapest provider as they are more expensive than others but the overall service is ok.

Provider is ok but overpriced will complete the time my service was paid for then going back to my previous vpn provider who was much cheaper and with the same service offered.
