I would seriously recommend avoiding using this company.Apart from the initial contact when they took the money they were impossible to contact when we needed help and advice and were never online ever. Tickets were just ignored and also ansaphone messages. Eventually we managed to obtain a full refund from our credit card company after lots of hassle and communications. A letter of complaint was sent to Lamnia at the address on the website in Northampton - sent registered, which has just been returned 'Unknown Company' The whole experience was a complete nightmare! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! Went to VPNUK and they have been FANTASTIC - always online to help and very professional.

Seriously happy with the service. Easy connection and updates by newsletter every week, with new apps and websites for my iPad. The added service is by far the best I have come across

After 8 days without a response from them I am now able to be connected again to uk programmes!!!

Have hired their services 5 months ago. Made the mistake to pay them for a year. all well for 3 months, then I had connection problem. Took me 2 days and 5 emails and every thing fine. Since 2 days now I can not get connected. Have send them so far 4 emails and I have no reply!!! Will update you again in the next few days. Anyone with any information on them???

Hired their service and then it worked out twice then it stooped working, not the best option don't waste your time there are plenty of options not recommended.

I have been using the service for more than 2 years. They have great until recently. The password kept changing and the promised (always online) customer service has become always offline. Have 4 accounts with these people, 2 stopped working & don't know when the other will stop working. Have recommended to 2 other people, which stopped working as well. There should be some way to get the money back or atleast some sort of legal action. Couldn't give below than 1 star.

After subscribing to Lamnia I received via email the server list from them within about a couple of hours after subscribing. It included a list of many servers, from U.S , Canda, U.K and Netherlands. It included my username, password and instructions on how to set it up , which took me about 5 minutes only to set up on my Apple Mac Book. Very simple and easy to follow instructions is provided on their website, with step by step screen shots, anyone can setup it up easily.

I used primarily only the U.S servers, so I cant comment on the U.K, Canada or Netherlands servers. So I used the U.S server to immediately subscribe to Netflix & later on to Hulu. Im now able to stream movies very fast from Netflix & Hulu , with no buffering except at the start of the movie. In addition all the websites previously blocked by my ISP, are now open, and I am enjoying the internet without any censorship. I am currently residing in the Middle east and most of these websites and many videos in youtube are restricted & blocked in this part of the world.

I highly recommend Lamnia service, my experience in using their services has been very pleasant, and I am glad that I have chosen Lamnia. Lamnia have very fast servers and a responsive customer service team. Its my sixth month now that I am using their service , and so far so good, I am a satisfied customer & I highly recommend their VPN service.
